Scope and consent
These terms govern TKLab’s Denken EX First Class Primary. Use the app after agreeing to these terms. Minors should obtain required guardian consent. App Store terms also apply.
Service
The app provides 468 past questions for 2009–2026, detailed explanations, practice, review and handwritten notes. Check the App Store listing for supported devices and OS versions. You are responsible for devices and connectivity. The app is not an official examination-center app and does not guarantee passing or complete accuracy.
Purchases
All subjects for 2026 and 2025 are free; earlier years require non-consumable subject purchases. Individual subjects, remaining unowned-subject sets and an all-subject set are available. Confirm included subjects and final price in Apple’s purchase confirmation. No recurring subscription. Restore with the same Apple Account. Rights do not transfer to other apps. Local study data
Study records, bookmarks and handwritten notes are stored locally. No app-provided cloud sync is available. Purchase restoration does not restore study data. Uninstalling or device failure can cause data loss.
Intellectual property and prohibited conduct
Rights in official past questions, answers and figures remain with their owners. Sources are the Electrical Engineer Examination Center; text/formulas are structured and figures cropped for app display. TKLab owns its independent explanations, program and design. Unauthorized reproduction or sale beyond legal exceptions, rights infringement, payment circumvention and interference are prohibited.
Changes and responsibility
Features may change or be suspended for reasonable maintenance, incident or legal reasons. Report content errors to support; check official examination announcements. These terms do not limit liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or rights under mandatory consumer law.
