Scope
This policy applies to TKLab’s Denken EX First Class Primary (jp.denkenex.first.primary).
Local data
Answers, study history, bookmarks, handwritten notes and display preferences are stored on your device. The app has no developer-server upload for this data, proprietary account registration, advertising SDK or behavioral tracking SDK. No app-provided iCloud or cross-device sync is implemented. OS backups are governed by Apple and your settings.
Purchases
Apple App Store and StoreKit process purchases and restorations. The app checks purchase entitlements and stores pending-product identifiers locally. The developer does not receive credit card details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to Apple’s processing.
Support inquiries
If you email support, your address and supplied content are used to respond, investigate issues and improve the service. Send only necessary information. Inquiry data is retained as needed for handling and deleted appropriately when no longer required. It is not disclosed to third parties except with consent or as required by law.
Website and external services
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process connection information such as IP addresses for delivery and protection. External websites and Apple services follow their own policies.
Deletion and contact
Uninstalling may remove local study data. Purchase history is associated with your Apple Account and is not erased by uninstalling. Contact tklab.support.contact@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information. Policy updates will appear here; material changes will be communicated appropriately.
